Q: What is it that you do exactly?  
A: We come to your house and clean up what your dog leaves behind.  All waste is double bagged and placed in your trash can. Haul away options can be discussed at the first visit.  We clean and disinfect our tools and shoes between jobs.

Q: Who would need a scooper service?  
A: Busy individuals or families.  Elderly or physically handicapped.  Commercial properties.  Anyone who would rather be at the beach!

Q: Will you let me know if my dog's poop looks different?
A: Yes, like people, if a dog's poop looks different in consistency or color, it may mean the dog is sick.  We will leave a card or discuss changes with you at the visit so you know to get your dog checked out ASAP.

Q: How am I billed?
A: We can e-mail your invoice or leave it after we service the yard.  Payment is requested on a monthly basis in advance.  We accept cash or check.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: No, there is no contract and you can cancel anytime with a phone call.  We do have you sign a service agreement which gives us permission to enter your property.

Q: Can I request a specific day or time?
A: We will work with you the best we can but we cannot guarantee a specific time.  We generally work any daylight hours available, your options regarding day of the week will be discussed upon signing up.  We work hard to optimize our routes to keep costs down.  We work in almost any weather condition.

Q: Can you work with the dogs in the yard?
A: Yes, we love dogs! If they are friendly and allow strangers in the yard, we can work with them in the yard.

Q: What about vacations or times the dog is not home?
A: If you give us 24 hours notice to skip a day, you will get a full credit back for that day.

Q: Do I need to be there when you are working?
A: No, most of our visits are done when the homeowner is not home.  The only thing we ask is that gates are unlocked on the day we are coming, or you can provide us a key.  We will not jump the fence.
